- I have seen older versions of Turbo C++ at places like Best Buy (or any larger
- computer/electronics superstores) for under $40. Borland seems to be trying to
- find new life for these older compilers by repackaging them as 'Classic' versions.
- Also, I believe it would entitle you to purchase a current version of the newest
- compiler at an upgrade price later if you like C. I hope you give C(++) a fair
- shot. I can be hell at times but I cannot begin to tell you how much the switch
- has meant to my career and programming interest. Good Luck!!
